TCIFAM 2023, in partnership with the St. Lucie Cultural Alliance, is celebrating music and all works of art as part of our 5-day celebration, honoring local artists and musicians as well as international filmmakers and artists. It will be the first International Film, Music, and Arts Festival of its kind on the Treasure Coast!
