Documentary-Feature (Iran)

'Marjan' has been a drug and gun dealer since childhood and is now in prison for armed robbery and kidnapping. Some of her cellmates are serving sentences for murder. They create a theater group in jail and perform for others for free. It is through their theater performances their lives are affected. But Safieh, one of the theatrical bassists with a dream of one day being 'Merrill Streep, is on the verge of execution.
Eight years after,  Marjan has been released and wants to gather the girls again. This film take us through their journey with a rare glimpse of the Iranian woman in the Iranian prison system.
